WR-Martin Welcomes New Hire to the Grants/Funding Team

WR-Martin is excited to welcome Robert (Bob) Taylor to the Grants / Funding Team. Residing in Carrboro, North Carolina, Bob has a 17-year work history with managing economic development initiatives with local government entities and communities in North Carolina. His expertise ranges from grants management, workforce and economic development, and financial management.

Prior to joining WR-Martin, Robert was the Grants Manager and Local System Administrator for the Hospitality House in Boone, North Carolina, where he managed federal, state, and foundation grant-funded programs for regional housing, homeless, and supportive service providers. Additionally, he previously served as Grants Manager for the North Carolina Rural Economic Development Center in Raleigh, North Carolina. In this role, he was responsible for managing physical infrastructure grants to local governments to improve public and/or environmental health.

Utilizing his impressive knowledge of North Carolina funding programs, Bob will work closely with the funding team, assisting with funding program facilitation, applications, and administration, as well as and economic development projects. We are very excited to welcome Bob to our team and look forward to introducing him to our clients.
